Thollon Les Memises - Haute Savoie
This pretty and traditional Alpine village, only 45 minutes from Geneva Airport, is known as 'Le Balcon du Léman' as it is the only ski village with spectacular views over Lake Geneva.
Thollon-Les-Mémises offers 50 km on 14 ski slopes, with skiing and boarding for all abilities, a good snow-park and 6km of cross country skiing. The vast Portes du Soleil is just 40 minutes' drive away where you will find the largest, linked skiing area in the world, with over 650km connecting 12 villages in France and Switzerland

The ski runs at Thollon-les-Mémises are superb for both beginners and intermediate/experienced skiers. There are 9 red runs, one red/blue run, three blue runs and four green runs and the snow-park ensures great fun and a challenge for boarders.
