Alpine BC are delighted to bring you this superb new development just100 metres from the village centre of Thollon-les-Mémises and 200 metres from the  Télécabine des Lanches ski lift.  You can ski right back to Résidence L'Isba at the end of a great day on the slopes day, leave your skis and boots in the ski store that comes with your apartment and relax in your apartment, gazing over the spectacular views of Lake Geneva and the Jura Mountains (described as ne of the finest in Europe) or of the ski-slopes behind the village.

The apartments are being built to a high specification by a reputable builder with over 30 years' experience of Alpine building  and are complemented by the use of local pine-wood on both the outside and interiors of the apartments  The kitchens are equipped with a hob, a mini-oven and fridge.  The bathrooms are finished in white sanitary ware. The completion is scheduled for the last quarter of the year 2011.

Résidence L'Isba offers a choice of 33 apartments.  You can choose a studio, to accommodate two guests, a studio/cabine or a one bedroom apartment to accommodate four guests or a two bedroom apartment to accommodate up to 6 guests.   There is also a two-bedroom duplex apartment, over two floors, with superb views of the mountains.

Whichever apartment you choose, you will benefit from a good-sized balcony to take advantage of the stunning views and the refreshing Alpine air.
