Alpine has had a presence in the Portes du Soleil since 1997, initially working with local contractors to build a single chalet, then going on to build multiple chalets.
We began promoting properties to the UK market in 2004, attending UK exhibitions and now we promote property in Belgium and The Netherlands by exhibiting in those countries and also we attract a global market via our web-site and those of our partners.
We have an office in the UK, the Netherlands and in Les Gets, Portes du Soleil, where we welcome clients when they are visiting the region and where we market new and resale properties. Our 5 multi-lingual staff (English, French, Dutch and German) have an excellent knowledge of the new-build industry and of construction in general. We advertise with the largest transfer company in the Portes du Soleil, so that everyone using their taxis/buses sees information regarding Alpine BC and we have our own mini-bus travelling all over the Portes du Soleil, with graphics advertising what we do.
We have several agent partners in the UK and France who market our properties and we advertise regularly with high-quality newspapers in the UK, The Netherlands and Belgium - for example we advertise regularly in the UK in 'The Times Bricks & Mortar' Friday supplement and in 'The Sunday Times Home' section, with excellent results.
Our clients are mainly mature individuals, with good disposable income, their children usually having left home, and they are looking to invest in high-quality property, as a holiday home, an investment or even as a primary residence. Our customers come from all walks of life including banking, education, health, IT and investment.
